Update: Changed her name to Sprinkle Cherie, like i said Caked Up Do sounds too silly lol. 06/09/14

I always wanted a character with sprinkles on their hair. ♥
So yep this is my new baby, Caked Up Do(maybe i'll change it cause is too silly?) or just Milky. owo
I actually did her a couple of days ago, in the first of August and did the lineart and colored today. :meow:
I'm getting out of that art block i guess, yay!
